In 2024 the National Cancer Institute (INC) Colombia complies with 90 years of service to the country.
The INC was redefined as an Institute of public Research and Innovation and public health in cancer, with a center of comprehensive care to the patient with cancer. For this reason, we've focused our efforts to achieve the care of patients with a high technical quality and human, as the strengthening of our capabilities in Research, Development and
Innovacción I+D+I and public health. The challenges of the TWENTY-first century have shown us the need to adapt to the changes and current needs of the society, seeking to strengthen the health sovereignty and transforming the public value as a symbol of innovation, efficiency and quality for all.
To celebrate the transformation of the INC, we are organizing the Congress
International “90 years of transformation for the control of cancer”, which will be held during the 26th, 27th, and February 28, 2025, in the city of Bogotá, Colombia. Also, there will be a space dedicated to the patients, their families, and actors of the Health System.
